The proposal that I have developed for the "Full renovation of medium modern apartment" contest consists of achieving a high percentage of the client's requirements in terms of the spatial distribution of the apartment, the square meters needed in each space and the types of materials.
The apartment consists of two rooms. One main and the other for guests, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a study, a small gym with all the machines requested by the client, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. These last three are in a large space and can be divided or joined by glass doors.
The most outstanding element of the apartment is the living room, since it has a projector where thousands of videos and movies can be seen.
The dining room seats 10 and next to it is the fireplace.
All interior doors are white as are the cabinets.
The floor level in the bathrooms and gym is now 10 centimeters higher in order to install the drainage pipes.
