As the request of the client, the living area, dining area and kitchen is connected and merged. Bed rooms are facing north and one of them has attached toilet. The home office is placed near an entry to get an isolated and quick access. The fitness corner is designed by listing the workout equipment with a dressing area. The common toilet is also connected to the space for easy access to shower after workout. A square shaped spacious foyer is made to enjoy a cozy entry.
Zoning was prioritized while designing. The living area and its surroundings are designed as casual as possible for maximum capacity with comfort. The chosen materials for the design are mostly warm colored to enhance the visual comfort of the house.
