Short Description:
Open plan space:
The kitchen, living room and dining room are designed as one open space with partitions that clearly divide the space according to purpose but do not visually close it. Between the living room and the dining room, there is a space for projecting an image from the projector, with small fireplace below, which provides additional comfort while staying in the apartment.
Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a personal wardrobe, bathroom and a small space for working with the library. This space is also designed as semi-open so that all purposes are interconnected and easily accessible.
Bathroom and fitness corner:
These two areas are connected in one space with a glass partition in the form of a sliding door between them. By connecting the bathroom with the fitness corner, you get a functional solution where the bathroom is provided with natural light, and also after exercising you can take a shower without having to go through the apartment to get to the bathroom.
Other rooms:
The guest room is organized opposite the master bedroom and together they form the night zone of the apartment. The guest room has a large bed and wardrobe, and access to the balcony is provided.
The laundry room is positioned at the end of the hallway, which makes that space functionally used and sufficiently isolated from the living area of the apartment.
The larger office and the main wardrobe are located next to the dining room and are accessed directly from the hallway of the apartment as well as from the open space area of the apartment. In the office there is enough space for a desk, a sofa and a small library.
