the essence of my idea comes from the following concepts:

Small partition walls will be needed in order to:
1) better define and separate the functions between the living room and the corner-cooking;
2) hide the bedroom door and make a small closet as you required;
3) hide the boiler and the washing machine.
4) make the walk-in closet.
As you can see in the project, in your house there aren’t perpendicular corners between the main walls. The new walls, in the living room, will reinforce alignments and perpendicularities between the axis on the main door and the axis on the new hallway.
Partition 1 (Kitchen)
A small lower wall (H= 1,00m), in plasterboard, will be realize between the kitchen and the living room, in order to have a sort of delimitation of the functions, as well as to extend the Kitchen in the living room area.
Behind this wall it will be possible to install two kitchen furniture’s modules. The other side could be used like a “bar counter”. Particular attention must be done for the color, I suggest dark red.
Partition 2 (Living room - bedroom)
A small partition, in plasterboard, will be realized between the living room and the bedroom, in order to have a small hallway, a visual filter, between these two areas.
In this small hallway you will find on the right two rectangular holes, this will allow the sun light to penetrate inside. On the left, you will obtain a small wall closet, where you can put, vacuum cleaner, detergents etc… This area will have a false ceiling with a central spot light. These partition walls must be painted in a different color as well , I suggest, also in this case, dark red.
Partition 3 (Bedroom – walk in closet)
A partition, in plasterboard and sliding crystal doors will be installed in order to have the walk in-closet.
Partition 4 (Bathroom)
A partition, in silicate plasterboard, will be installed in the bathroom in order to close the corner where there’s the boiler and where will be put the washing machine. Another partition at the end side of the tub, will be necessary to have a support wall for the new position of the towel warmer.
