The concept behind this design is to maximize the efficient use of space while maintaining functionality and flow. The area beneath the staircase has been thoughtfully utilized, and the kitchen has been enhanced with an island that allows for free circulation around it while also serving as a dining spot. Outdoor interventions were kept to a minimum, making the most of the existing paved areas. In the rear garden, the green space was preserved, incorporating a dining table beneath an exterior canopy to create a comfortable and inviting outdoor gathering area.
