Hello, Here is my design proposal for your project. The 30 sqm open space has been organized in a functional and modern way, following your requests: The kitchen is placed in the indicated ANG. COTT. area, with a central island and seating for dining and social interaction. In front of the kitchen, along the 3.9 m wall, I positioned the TV unit with an L-shaped sofa with chaise lounge, creating a comfortable living corner. A console-type dining table has been included to optimize space while keeping flexibility. The entrance outdoor area is designed with a sofa and armchairs around a coffee table, while the outdoor area behind the kitchen includes a dining table, barbecue, and a small garden shed for storage. The overall style is modern and minimal, with clean lines and a practical use of space. This solution balances comfort and functionality, making the most of both indoor and outdoor areas.
