The houses next to your location are to big with little garden space so we
made something more dramatic, just a little smaller and something that will make you stand out from the
others but still stay in the context of the surrounding houses. Your houses will be
much more pleasent to live in than the others. You have the big common park (garden).
Everyone is welcome, everyone shares it. You need to go through the garden for just few of the parking spaces
, but most of them are situated just as you enter the location, on the rear side of 2 houses,
but they do not obstruct the tennants view.
We also planted a lot of plants so that the noise from the north will be stopped,
until the trees grow to s large size, a sound protecting screen can be placed.
As you wanted there are 2 types of houses : double and uni floor, with a first
floor and only groundfloor respectively. The first(with two floors) being a cross
of modern and traditional italian houses, with the white and faux stone walls,
the smaller(with one floor) house is more traditional, colored in a relaxing rustic yellow,
with faux stone on the edges and around the door and windows. All houses are made to look prefabricated and
simple as to stay in context of Italy and your neighbors. But still we made some
adjustments as so you stay unique. You have more and bigger windows that are from
floor to ceiling. That makes for a beutiful site. Everytime you sit to read a book
, just one gaze through the window makes you feel at harmony with nature. You are yet
protected from rain but still in contact with nature. The garages are unique modern
design, they fit in easily with any building next to them. They can hold 3-4 cars depending on their model and much more motorbikes or
bicycles and even some storage if you need. We will propose some quality furniture
but still you should try to make a deal with some private carpenter, since you have
a lot of houses that you are furnishing, so that you can get a good price and
benefit even more. If you have unique furniture you drasticaly stand out from the other houses,
and in a good way that is. We are giving you some of our custom furniture that will
raise your chances of renting the houses considerably. But the style is mostly modern since most
people like it, it is very comfortable, smooth, bright and it is easiest to find a tennant.

It's like a little oasis. Nice, little and quiet. The benefits of a city and the surroundings of a village.
