Considerato il dibattito sulle villette separate o no, ho deciso di optare per i 4 appartamenti a schiera.
Per rispondere alle esigenze del cliente, ho tentato di trovare la migliore disposizione possibile degli ambienti e sfruttare meglio lo spazio a disposizione, soprattutto riguardo le scale che si sa, spesso prendono molto spazio : su questo tema ho optato per delle scale con due rampe appoggiate al muro. Riguardo il tema dei parcheggi ho pensato fosse meglio inserirli interrati con ingresso tramite una rampa con accesso dalla strada e le scale interne dal piano terra.
Nel piano terra la zona giorno dove ho previsto un soggiorno abbastanza ampio con degli scorrevoli che affacciano al giardino nelle abitazioni laterali, sotto la scala c'è abbastanza spazio per mettere dei mobili e la tv come illustrato nel render. Le cucine di tutti e quattro gli appartamenti sono provviste dello scorrevole e si affacciano sul giardino retrostante dove ho previsto dei gazebo. I bagni sono un po' piccoli ma ho cercato di renderli il più funzionali possibile.
Nel primo piano la zona notte dove ho collocato due camere singole e una matrimoniale e nel corridoio le scale per salire nel terrazzo. Il fatto che le villette siano a schiera limita di fatto oltre che il numero di aperture, anche il possibile inserimento di terrazzi : ho deciso quindi di optare per il terrazzo sul tetto che riesce a sfruttare tutta l'ampiezza dell'ingombro e consente anche una vista migliore. Riguardo l'accesso a quest'ultimo ho optato per una botola apposita nel soffitto per accedere ad esso : questo per non sforare il volume creando una muratura per la porta alla fine delle scale. Sul terrazzo ho inserito un pergolato appoggiato su una muratura di pietra.
Come pavimentazione ho scelto il parquet in legno chiaro poichè secondo me abbinato all'intonaco bianco dà più luce negli ambienti soprattutto negli appartamenti coperti sia est che a ovest.
Riguardo l'arredamento ho inserito dei mobili color noce così come gli infissi; ho scelto dei tavolini da soggiorno in vetro così come tavolo da pranzo in cucina: questi ultimi si possono trovare in diversi modi : nel render li ho inseriti con gli appoggi sulla pietra ma ci sono varie opzioni e secondo me molte sono abbastanza valide (dipende dai gusti personali). Nei bagni ho preferito invece della pietra chiara e il lavabo sospeso come i sanitari.
Nella tavola degli arredi ho inserito alcuni mobili senza prezzo poiché per alcuni bisogna consultare dei preventivi appositi sul sito archiexpo.

Given the debate on separate villas or not, I decided to opt for the 4 terraced apartments.
To meet the needs of the customer, I tried to find the best possible disposition of the rooms and to make better use of the available space, especially with regard to the stairs you know, often take up a lot of space: on this subject I opted for stairs with two ramps at the wall. Regarding the theme of parking, I thought it would be better to insert them into the entrances with access via a ramp with access from the street and the internal stairs from the ground floor.
On the ground floor the living area where I expected a large enough living room with sliding doors overlooking the garden in the lateral homes, below the stairs there is enough space to put furniture and TV as illustrated in the render. The kitchens of all four apartments are provided with sliding doors and overlook the back garden where I have gazebo facilities. The bathrooms are a bit small but I tried to make them as functional as possible.
In the first floor the sleeping area where I placed two single rooms and one double and in the corridor the stairs to climb the terrace. The fact that the chalets are terraced actually limits the number of openings, even the possible insertion of terraces: I therefore decided to opt for the roof terrace that is able to exploit the whole width of the lumber and also allows a Better view. Regarding the access to the latter, I opted for a special dummy in the ceiling to access it: this not to squeeze the volume by creating a masonry for the door at the end of the stairs. On the terrace I inserted a pergola resting on a stone masonry.
As a flooring I chose the light wood flooring as I think it is matched with the white plaster gives more light in the rooms, especially in the covered apartments both east and west.
Regarding furniture I have put in furniture of walnut furniture as well as fixtures; I have chosen a glass living room table as well as a dining table in the kitchen. The latter can be found in different ways: in the render I have inserted them with the supports on the stone but there are various options and in my opinion many are quite valid (depends on the personal tastes). In the bathrooms I preferred instead of the light stone and the sink suspended like the sanitary.
In the furniture table I have inserted some furniture with no price as for some you have to consult the quotes on the archiexpo site.
