Dear client, thank you for your project, it was a pleasure to make this proposal for you. For your project, I thought of reorganizing some spaces with respect to the previous plan provided by you. In order to result in the best proposal, it was established to divide the space into two apartments, each with the capacity to accommodate a couple, apart from a studio, the first apartment everything is resolved at the same level with its social and service spaces, for the second, taking advantage of the height, a duplex type is planned to optimize the space also with a social and service area.
