As required i try to not make any changes on the existing structures and finishing. For flooring i chose wood for lounge and working room and a blue carpet for the two rooms and hallway. In the hallway i decided to just paint ceilings in blue, and not to put anything, sort of navy style. All the others wall and ceilings are white.
I chose furniture following the issue that when you'll left this apartment you can bring and fit in a new house small ones, but i'm not sure about big ones.. By this it's better to invest more money in an all-life-lasting Eames chair than in a large corner-sofa for example, or in lamp instead of a big closet. Imagine to lay down and reed or rest in rainy sunday afternoon.. on you Eames lounge chair..!
I try to add some ironic objects because this is my style and i think, in such an house, it worth.
A big issue are pictures on the wall. Even if the view is superb, and will be the main eye-focus of the house you have a lot of walls, some of them needs to be "dressed", i put some suggestions.
