La soluzione nasce da uno studio iniziale che tiene in considerazione di contenere gli interventi murari pur non rinunciando alla fruibilità e luminosità interna. L’ingresso ci accoglie in un ampia zona open con armadiature contenitive lineari che filtrano da un lato la zona notte e dall’altro l’ambiente si dilata con la zona giorno; qui ora lo spazio risulta più open con possibilità di separare all’occorrenza la parte operativa della cucina. Entrando si nota il grande divano con mobile tv da un lato e dall’altro il tavolo pranzo. Questa zona living comunica facilmente con l’esterna che è stata rivisitata ospitando ora un secondo tavolo pranzo e tutta la zona living esterna. Un pannello scorrevole separa lo studio / terza camera ospiti e infine troviamo il bagno della zona giorno. Per quanto riguarda la zona notte oltre al bagno completo di vasca e doccia abbiamo le due grandi camere entrambe con cabina armadio dedicata. Lo stile adottato è minimale pur essendo accogliente data la nuova conformazione e i colori chiari tendono a riflettere la luce sia naturale che artificiale nei vari ambienti.

The solution comes from an initial study that takes into account the need to contain the masonry work without sacrificing usability and internal brightness. The entrance welcomes us into a large open area with linear storage wardrobes that filter the sleeping area on one side and the environment expands with the living area on the other; here the space is now more open with the possibility of separating the operational part of the kitchen if necessary. Upon entering, you notice the large sofa with TV cabinet on one side and the dining table on the other. This living area easily communicates with the outside area that has been revisited, now hosting a second dining table and the entire external living area. A sliding panel separates the study / third guest bedroom and finally we find the bathroom in the living area. As for the sleeping area, in addition to the bathroom complete with tub and shower, we have two large bedrooms, both with dedicated walk-in closets. The style adopted is minimal while still being welcoming given the new conformation and the light colors tend to reflect both natural and artificial light in the various rooms.
