Briefing

Good morning,
I will be living in this apartment alone (possibly with someone else in the future). I am a collector and own many paintings. I would like the apartment to have a style inspired by Scandinavian design or something similar to Apple stores: minimal furniture and clean, essential lines.
Since the apartment is on the ground floor and has limited natural light, I prefer light colours combined with wooden furniture. Regarding the kitchen, I would like to divide it into two areas: one for cooking and another as a dining room.
I would need two bedrooms: one main bedroom with a walk-in closet (cloth room); if necessary, we could use an additional space from the guests rooms.
For the garden, I would like it to be arranged with LED lighting and decorative plants.
Lastly, for the bathroom, I noticed that in Trieste it is common to have an Austrian-style setup, with a small separate space for the WC and another for the shower. We could keep this configuration and simply improve it.

Questo appartamento lo vivrò da solo (eventualmente in futuro potremmo essere in due). Sono un collezionista e possiedo molti quadri. Mi piacerebbe uno stile ispirato al design scandinavo o simile a quello dei negozi Apple: pochi mobili, linee essenziali e pulite.

Dato che l’appartamento si trova al piano terra e ha poca luce naturale, preferirei colori chiari abbinati a mobili in legno. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, vorrei dividerla in due aree: una per la preparazione e l’altra come sala da pranzo.

Avrei bisogno di due camere da letto: una principale con una cabina armadio (cloth room); se necessario, potremmo utilizzare una terza stanza per gli ospiti.

Il giardino mi piacerebbe sistemarlo con luci LED e piante decorative.

Infine, per il bagno, ho notato che a Trieste è comune lo stile austriaco, con un piccolo spazio per il WC separato da quello per la doccia. Potremmo lasciare questa configurazione e semplicemente riorganizzarla.
