Residential - Apartment
The renovation of the apartment formed around three main requirements:
1*Creating maximum space to exhibit the painting collection of the owner, in a gallery ambiance.
-The entrance hall and the corridor is designed as a home art gallery, giving space and opportunity to enjoy the collection.
2*Designing clean, neat and functional spaces and soft lighting to bring the apartment a calm and minimalistic atmosphere.
-Two main bedrooms are designed with a simple but functional walk in closets and a spacious bedroom.
3*Minimum demolition of the walls and placing each room in these boundaries to avoid exceeding budget and workforce.
-Bedrooms, bathroom, w.c. and living room area all designed within the existing walls. Kitchen and the dining room is placed in the same place removing the walls to create an open kitchen plan.
+The flooring is suggested to use a wooden floor for the rooms, either using the existing flooring or changing with a soft oak toned laminated floor. The entrance hall, corridor, kitchen and the dining area flooring is suggested to use a white resin or white polished tiles.
+Reference images added to give an idea andsum up the overall design route for the client.
