CURRENTLY:
We have a ground floor of about 72 square meters consisting of: 1 kitchen (7 sqm), living room, lounge, bathroom and utility room, stairs area, this part is heated with a pellet Stove.
We also have an outside (porch and garden as in the photo).
OUR DEMANDS ARE those to expand the home with a new square footage occupied the porch area. The expansion can be done in compliance with its neighbor to the WEST, respecting 10 meters from the border toward north and 5 meters towards EST.
Other requirements are:
– Isolate the background noise
– In expanding must be present (as can be seen in the photo) a glass in the floor to illuminate the underlying basement
– Identify:
* A large kitchen area with living room (a kitchen to live in qualle not only eat but to pass the time, meet the people)
* A studio for two people
* A separate lounge (isolated as a matter of noise and privacy)
We would like the new area with bright windows, fresh and modern.
They dislike most materials such as wood, stone and glass.
Externally to the extended part we want to also include a barbeque area, to eat and be with friends to be exploited in the hottest period, which is in continuity with the green hills and the garden.
Currently the ground floor and the second floor are heated by a pellet stove (see photo) and are not possible additional ducts.
For the part that we want to expand we want to predict a fireplace ducted for heating.
ATTENTION1: There is already a false ceiling it is necessary to hide the tubes inside as you can see from the photos then design another that is in harmony with the existing one.
