As a start I want to congratulate you for taking the initiative to remodel the house, and also the selected images were very beautiful, we tried to create an environment as similar as possible, adapting to the needs and aspirations of your home.
As a start looking at the existing layout, we immediately thought to remove the walls which do not play a role in the stability of the house, as an architect specializing in the field of civil engineering, the walls we have eliminated have nothing to do with the stability of your house, since the slab is supported on the beam means that your slab is supported on both sides of the beam. Eliminating the walls makes the space more open and the communication easier. We have not changed the positioning of the lounge, we have added the wine rack to the dining area and also since we have moved the wall to the table area, we have placed two dog stands in that area, which can be folded. In the kitchen part we decided to free up the space between the kitchen and the storage which you can see in the attached images. We have moved the TV part to the daily stay part. We removed the TV wall and set up a part of the island to eat meals for 3 people. Also all internal doors are pocket doors.
In the part of the garage we thought that the best way is to be separated by a wall 12.5 cm from cardboard plaster, and one space is an office and the other space we have placed the space for washing dogs, laundry and a part of the warehouse, to put shoes , clothes and other things. The garage door should be masonry, and create a 90 by 230 cm door.
We think that the room should be on the same level with the rest, in the dining area we think that the space with plasterboard should be extended and the halogen lights should be removed and the aluminum strip with warm led lights should be placed.
At the part of the living room we have placed some wooden pillars which do not enter the stability of the house, but only play a role so that the part of the bathroom door and stairs is not directly with the part of the living room. We think that the walls should be white, while the wall in the kitchen and on the stairs should be brown, for the perception of space.
