La proposta si basa su un cubo centrale rivestito in cementine stile industrial-chic, che incornicia la parete tv. L'immagine inserita è solo a mo di esempio, non va considerata la controsoffittatura con la gola di luce, poichè nel suo caso il volume sarà alto 270 cm contro i 390 del soffitto.
L'accesso alla camera matrimoniale è privo di porta ma per avere nonostante tutto un minimo di privacy visiva, contro la spalla dell'armadio ponte è installata una libreria bifacciale, cosicchè dal soggiorno non sarà visibile il letto ma solo la libreria che farà da schermo, mantenendo una continuità concettuale con il living.
Per la camera da letto è stata proposta una scala cromatica in linea con i gusti della bambina, pur mantenendo uno stile ricercato, in rispetto del contesto stilistico dell'appartamento.
