Per la realizzazione del progetto del cortile si è pensato di creare diverse aree ricreative per la famiglia. Il cortile sarà dominato da erba verde con piante e arbusti decorativi piantati lungo il perimetro che andranno a coprire il muro di cinta che sarà realizzato con un'altezza di oltre 2 metri per creare privacy in tutta la villa. La piscina fuori terra sarà posizionata di fronte al portico e sarà realizzata con scale per creare zone che avranno diversi servizi, la piscina avrà un'altezza di 1,2 m, alla quota di 60 cm sarà realizzata una pedana per posizionare il sole in modo da rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Di seguito la quota di 45 cl verrà realizzata una panca a forma di L che fungerà da divano per la zona pranzo esterna, davanti alla quale ci sarà il tavolo da pranzo e altre sedie per ricevere amici e parenti. Sul lato del garage sarà collocato il muro e il barbecue. Dall'altra parte del cortile in uno spazio coperto di erba ci sarà una zona lounge con due grandi divani e di fronte ad essi sulla parete dell'edificio sarà montato un proiettore per creare l'atmosfera del cinema all'aperto durante le serate.
