ITA Vorrei una zona vivibile tutta l'estate, con una piscina fuori terra da realizzare nel futuro e da considerare sin da subito (4x8m max). L'area deve essere verde anche d'inverno visto che le vetrate principali danno su di essa. Prevederei anche un'area bbq (weber). Preferisco le piante da frutto, fiori/colori di diverso tipo per tutto il periodo utile, un albero almeno che cresca nel tempo (leccio o simili, non ulivo). Il portico verrà arredato con tavolo e sedie per cene e pranzi estivi.
Lo spazio confinerà a nord e ovest con altre due proprietà quindi la privacy è necessaria

ENG I would like to have a usable area all summer, with a fixed above ground pool to be built in the future (at least a couple of year) but to be considered and planned immediately (4x8m max). The area must also be green in winter as the main windows overlook it. I would also include a barbecue area (I use a weber). I prefer fruit plants, flowers / colors of different types for the entire useful period, at least a tree that grows over time (holm oak or similar, not olive). The porch will be furnished with table and chairs for summer dinners and lunches.
I need a space to use daily, where my daugther is free and safe.
The space will border on the north and west with two other properties so privacy is needed even furing winter.
