To satisfy all the customer's requests and avoid major renovations, I decided to separate the toilet from the bathroom, so that the sanitary fixtures are left where they already are, given the presence of the drains; while the shower with washbasin can be inserted in another environment (this way of creating the bathroom and toilet separately is not usually used in Italy, but it can be very advantageous, in a coexistence, to separate the 2 functions). The only two windows present are obviously intended for the bedroom and the living room, which provides for the presence of the kitchenette.

Per soddisfare tutte le richieste del cliente ed evitare grandi lavori di ristrutturazioni, ho pensato di separare il wc dal bagno, in modo che i sanitari vengano lasciati lì dove sono già, vista la presenza degli scarichi; mentre la doccia con lavabo si possono inserire in un altro ambiente ( questo modo di realizzare separatamente bagno e wc, in Italia di solito non si usa, ma può essere molto vantaggioso, in una convivenza, separare le 2 funzioni) . Le uniche due finestre presenti ovviamente sono destinate alla camera da letto e al soggiorno, che prevede la presenza dell'angolo cottura.
