La disposizione degli ambienti che qui propongo pone al centro del progetto la Fluidità dei percorsi e la connessione tra gli ambienti di casa. Spostando l'attuale bagno (per creare le pendenze necessarie a questo spostamento si potrebbe richiedere la creazione di un gradino), questo diventa sia a servizio della zona giorno che raggiungibile dalla camera da letto attraverso una doccia passante.
In questo modo la camera padronale dispone di ogni comfort -piccola cabina armadio e bagno in camera- diventando così una vera suite (sicuramente un plus per i potenziali clienti per l'uso da casa vacanze).
La zona giorno, intanto, si sviluppa su una forma "conica" che si stringe verso l'ingresso convogliandovi la luce proveniente dalla finestra che filtra attraverso una porta vetrata a tutta altezza. La zona di accoglienza all'appartamento è composto da un angolino arredato con una cassettiera svuota-tasche al di sopra della quale troviamo uno specchio e dove parte del ripostiglio potrebbe essere utilizzato come cappottiera.

Il render della zona giorno e della camera servono a dare un'idea dello stile che proporrei: Fresco, colorato, informale, con degli elementi bohémienne ed altri industriali, legati da un filo contemporaneo e molto funzionale ovvero adatto ad una casa vacanze.
Gli elementi di arredo colorati esaltano il bianco e la luminosità degli ambienti. Per l'ingresso sarebbe interessante ribassare il soffitto (idem in bagno) creando un effetto di raccoglimento che prepari ad un' "esplosione di altezza" nella zona living grazie alle pareti bianche, dovrebbe dare un senso amplificato di ampiezza e luminosità.



ING: The layout of the rooms that I propose here places the fluidity of the paths and the connection between the rooms of the house at the center of the project. By moving the current bathroom (to create the slopes necessary for this movement, the creation of a step could be required), it becomes both at the service of the living area and accessible from the bedroom through a pass-through shower.
In this way the master bedroom has every comfort - small walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom - thus becoming a real suite (definitely a plus for potential customers for use as a holiday home).
Meanwhile, the living area develops on a "conical" shape that narrows towards the entrance, channeling the light from the window that filters through a full-height glass door. The reception area of ​​the apartment consists of a corner furnished with a chest of drawers for emptying pockets above which we find a mirror and where part of the closet could be used as a coat.

The render of the living area and the bedroom serve to give an idea of ​​the style I would propose: Fresh, colourful, informal, with bohemian and other industrial elements, linked by a contemporary and very functional thread, i.e. suitable for a holiday home.
The colored furnishing elements enhance the white and brightness of the rooms. For the entrance it would be interesting to lower the ceiling (the same in the bathroom) creating an effect of concentration that prepares for an "explosion of height" in the living area thanks to the white walls, it should give an amplified sense of amplitude and brightness.
