La soluzione proposta offre, tramite una ridistribuzione interna, la realizzazione di un grande ambiente openspace con area living, cucina e pranzo, un nuovo bagno, una camera che può ospitare un comodo letto matrimoniale e un ripostiglio ad uso lavanderia. Una volta impostata questa nuova distribuzione ci siamo orientati sul rendere tanto accattivante quanto funzionale questo ambiente andando così ad adottare sistemi contenitivi a tutta parete che ospitano anche le porte di accesso al bagno e al ripostiglio; ma anche un grande portale che grazie alla consistente altezza interna permette di evidenziare le funzioni living e pranzo ed inoltre ospita sistemi modulari per contenere libri ma anche oggetti di vario genere. Inoltre il fatto di donare una razionalità interna ha permesso di rendere gli ambienti ben fruibili in ogni sua parte; e l’adozione di una pianta libera per tutto quello che riguarda lo spazio antistante la porta d’ingresso ha permesso di avere una sensazione di maggiore ampiezza e luminosità fin dal momento in qui si accede all’interno dell’appartamento. Il bagno oltre a tutti i servizi necessari offre anche una grande doccia ed è eventualmente accessibile sia dall’area giorno che dalla camera in modo da offrire una miglioria ai flussi interni, ma anche nel caso in cui ci siano ospiti nell’area living e si voglia accedere direttamente al bagno. La seconda soluzione dal taglio leggermente più classico differisce per il fatto di avere l’area living più adiacente all’ingresso ed una cucina più lineare e quindi ben funzionale; anche qui un leggero portale moderno evidenzia le funzioni interne oltre a ricadere sul mobile tv anche questo ben valorizzato.

The proposed solution offers, through an internal redistribution, the creation of a large open space with living area, kitchen and dining room, a new bathroom, a bedroom that can accommodate a comfortable double bed and a closet for laundry use. Once this new distribution was set up, we focused on making this environment as captivating as it is functional, thus adopting full-wall storage systems that also house the access doors to the bathroom and closet; but also a large portal which, thanks to the substantial internal height, allows the living and dining functions to be highlighted and also houses modular systems for containing books but also objects of various kinds. Furthermore, the fact of giving an internal rationality has made it possible to make the environments usable in every part; and the adoption of a free plan for everything concerning the space in front of the entrance door has allowed for a feeling of greater breadth and brightness from the moment one enters the apartment. In addition to all the necessary services, the bathroom also offers a large shower and is possibly accessible both from the living area and from the bedroom in order to offer an improvement to the internal flows, but also in the event that there are guests in the living area and want to go directly to the bathroom. The second solution with a slightly more classic cut differs in having the living area closest to the entrance and a more linear and therefore well-functional kitchen; here too a light modern portal highlights the internal functions as well as falling on the TV cabinet, which is also well valued.
