To fulfill the order, a solution is proposed that aims to guarantee the project requirements, optimizing the space in a functional and contemporary way.

The proposal tries to generate connected and open spaces by eliminating the physical elements that segregate the uses of the property, and at the same time capture as much natural light as possible.

The first operation of the project was to eliminate the current dividing walls of the property, the new distribution allows then to have a main space that combines the uses of living room, dining room and kitchen; a bathroom that meets all the requirements for its functionality and a bedroom with a closet; In addition, the space that corresponded to the previous bathroom will function in the new proposal as a storage room where a washing machine and thermos will be installed.
