PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This apartment has an area of 34.0 sqm (NET area), it is quite good for a small studio apartment. I would propose to maximize the use of the space with these key elements for interior design:
1. I propose to keep the bathroom at the same previous place in order to not make it too complicated to install a new one. The bathroom is enlarged a bit to have a full set of sink, bidet, toilet and shower.
2. The apartment has a foyer before entering to upgrade the interior area. This place has shoe cabinet, coat cabinet and washing machine (please note that the washing machine is hidden in the cabinet to make the space neatly. A small space for heater is including at this space.
3. The open area has all the function of kitchen, dining table and living room.
4. The bedroom can put the bed of 160x210 bed size. I proposed to have the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area and living room. This sliding door can totally open to obtain a large space or close to have a private sleeping area according to the need.
5. I have proposed 2 OPTIONS with slightly change in the living room. In OPTION 1, we have the TV at the dining area, the sofa set is aligned to the wall toward the window. In OPTION 2, we have the TV at the living room, the sofa set is against to the window. I would propose OPTION 2 for this modification as from the sofa or the bedroom we still can watch TV.
6. For the wall demolition and reconstruction, the interior walls are all demolished for new reconstruction walls.
7. For the interior design style, I propose to use minimal style to obtain the spacious area. The loose furniture can be colored to highlight the design.
