This project transforms an office space info small apartment in the heart of Genova.
There are 3 layout options in this proposal. In each one there is a bedroom
with double bed 160/210 cm and closet, a living room, a dinning room,
a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry closet and an entrance hall.
In option 1, the bedroom is positioned on the right side,
and on the left side is the open space of kitchen, dinning and living room.
In option 2, the bedroom and kitchen are on the left side,
and the living room and dinning are on the right side.
Although the kitchen is separated from the living room there are no doors or partition wall,
so it is energetically connected to the rest of the apartment.
In option 3, everything is similar to option 1,
except for the position of the laundry closet in the entrance hall.
Bathroom has the same position in all options and it was the most challenging part of the apartment.
The existing position of the bathroom is retained with extension for the shower.
The new proposal is a cozy apartment that meets all the needs of the modern user,
despite all the challenging existing elements such as bearing walls and installation shafts.
