As I found your project so interesting I have been working on it for several past days, here is our design and I’ll explain the potential and possible opportunities for you;
We provide 2 alternatives for each we have a 2D plan and also renders to clarify the space for you to understand better.
The designs were both got affected by the property's characteristic location.
Some feature such as decorative walls (arch and colors) color scheme and wall closet in the bedroom is the same.
In both designs we extend the bathroom right where it was; both designs have a foyer when you enter the house there is a closet to hang your outfits and put your shoes in the cabinet below.
The first alternative we named *Avangard and Individual*
In this design, the bedroom has a perfect view and it’s actually the heart of the apartment, in front of the bedroom there is a place for whaling your time and taking pleasure in the spectacular neighborhood, and the kitchen locates next to the living room and it is L shaped the laundry is hidden behind the vertical cabinet next to the kitchen and the water heater system is above the washing machine at the same cabinet. There is a Tv set that consists of a great space for a working table as well as a beautiful decoration. Some arcs and lines provide a peaceful atmosphere for users and keep their privacy.
The second alternative we named *Minimal and Functional*
as you can see in the plan and renders this design has simple and efficient circulation, in this design, the kitchen is separated from the living room and bedroom, it is bigger and also has more cabinets as its 2 parallel lines, and the laundry is actually a 0.9*0.9 room and the heater system is also in this room.
about your heat pumps/conditioning with the “Unico” system which locates under the window, we designed a seat bench for both windows.
