Il progetto è stato sviluppato sulla base delle sue indicazioni ma sono molti gli aspetti che mi piacerebbe poter approfondire, la sua casa vista gasometro è molto interessante.
L’attuale disposizione della casa è sbilanciata a favore della zona notte, l’intervento mira invece alla valorizzazione della zona giorno, un open space dinamico che dialoga con il terrazzo tramite una veranda. La camera da letto destinata a sua figlia viene ridimensionata, si ricava la metratura per un bagno cieco (opzione prevista dal Regolamento Edilizio Comunale) che sebbene non sia particolarmente ampio ospita un grande box doccia (140x90cm). Lavatrice e ripostiglio trovano spazio nel disimpegno antistante.
La veranda, vera “rivoluzione” dell’alloggio, diventa, eliminando la portafinestra, uno spazio interno a tutti gli effetti, un elemento che divide il balcone in due parti, una più piccola di servizio adatta come alloggiamento contenitori raccolta differenziata, barbecue e attrezzi, ed una più grande fruibile anche dalla camera. Nella veranda un grande tavolo può essere utilizzato sia per cene con amici, sia come angolo di lavoro, una zona luminosa e panoramica. La cucina si libera così dall’elemento tavolo, un’isola con lavello e piastra a induzione delimita lo spazio operativo corredato da colonne alte di servizio con frigorifero e forno.
Nello spazio rimanente si colloca un comodo divano letto matrimoniale (apertura a libro tipo Clam di Ligne Roset oppure tradizionale ma motorizzato tipo Wow di Campeggi) che gode della presenza del bio camino e della tv collocata come un quadro nella zona cucina ma orientabile grazie ad un braccio multi-posizione. La finestra presente nello spazio living (ex finestra wc) viene ampliata in altezza portando luce e vista ulteriori.
Il riscaldamento è consigliato a pavimento mentre per l’estate è previsto un impianto di climatizzazione canalizzato (da valutare l’opzione aria calda ad integrazione/sostituzione del riscaldamento stesso). L’unità interna si può collocare nella zona ribassata nel disimpegno, da questa zona si distribuisce l’aria nella cameretta, sopra la porta, nella zona giorno e in veranda, sopra l’accesso. L’unità esterna viene collocata sul balcone e mascherata dal sistema di fioriere in corten o metallo verniciato. Al di sopra della veranda (vedi tratteggi in pianta) è prevista l’installazione di due pannelli solari per l’acqua calda sanitaria.
Il pavimento è pensato in rovere tinto nero, una tonalità sofisticata e versatile che conferisce agli ambienti piccoli una straordinaria spazialità. Il bagno per maggiore praticità si potrebbe realizzare in grès porcellanato effetto cementine.
Le luci hanno un ruolo molto importante in questo progetto poiché definiscono e valorizzano le zone dell’open space e dell’esterno nelle diverse fasce orarie e a seconda dell’uso. Faretti ad incasso definiscono l’ingresso e le zone di transito mentre le led strip rivestono un ruolo scenografico sia all’interno che all’esterno. Il sistema luci si potrebbe gestire in domotica così come la climatizzazione (caldo e freddo), gli elettrodomestici e un eventuale sistema antifurto.

The project was developed on the basis of your indications but there are many aspects that I would like to be able to investigate, your home with a gazometro is very interesting.
The current layout of the house is unbalanced in favor of the sleeping area, the intervention aims instead at enhancing the living area, a dynamic open space that communicates with the terrace through a veranda. Your daughter's bedroom is resized, the square footage is obtained for a blind bathroom (option provided by the Municipal Building Regulations) which, although not particularly large, houses a large shower cubicle (140x90cm). Washing machine and closet find space in the hallway in front.
The veranda, the real "revolution" of the house, by eliminating the French door, becomes an internal space in all respects, an element that divides the balcony into two parts, a smaller service one suitable as a housing for separate collection containers, barbecue and tools, and a larger one that can also be used from the bedroom. In the veranda a large table can be used both for dinners with friends and as a working corner, a bright and panoramic area. The kitchen frees itself from the table element, an island with sink and induction plate delimits the operating space accompanied by tall service columns with fridge and oven.
In the remaining space there is a comfortable double sofa bed (folding door type Clam by Ligne Roset or traditional but motorized type Wow by Campeggi) which enjoys the presence of the bio fireplace and the TV placed as a painting in the kitchen area but adjustable thanks to a multi-position arm. The window in the living space (current toilet window) is enlarged in height, bringing light and further views.
Heating is recommended on the floor while a ducted air conditioning system is provided for the summer (the hot air option to integrate / replace the heating itself is to be evaluated). The indoor unit can be placed in the lowered area in the hallway, from this area the air is distributed in the bedroom, above the door, in the living area and on the veranda, above the access. The outdoor unit is placed on the balcony and masked by the system of planters in corten or painted metal. Above the veranda (see hatches in plan) two solar panels are installed for hot sanitary water.
The floor is designed in black stained oak, a sophisticated and versatile shade that gives small spaces an extraordinary spatiality. For greater practicality, the bathroom could be made of cement-effect porcelain stoneware.
The lights play a very important role in this project since they define and enhance the areas of the open space and the outside in the different time slots and according to the use. Recessed spotlights define the entrance and transit areas while the LED strips play a scenographic role both inside and outside. The lighting system could be managed in home automation as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), appliances and a possible alarm system.
