In this design, my main challenge was the high height between the new entrance door and the current building.
I determined the approximate location of the trees from the Google map in order to have the least movement in the current trees.
At first, I considered the new entrance part to be the same height as the street.
Due to the height of 8.7 meters created between the new entrance and the house, I decided to take advantage of a new sitting platform between the entrance and the house and turn it into a BBQ area with both access to the yard and the house by stairs . Like the main courtyard, this platform also has a view of the volcano.
By creating a stone wall in the entrance section, I tried to control the existing soil while creating order and beauty in the created heights.
I considered two ways to enter the house from the new door, one using a car ramp and the other with stairs for pedestrians.
