here is our project explanation:
Upon entering, you ascend the modern and beautiful stairs from the parking area to encounter dense vegetation that obstructs your view into the depth of the site. These plants are placed on this wall to prevent a quick visual encounter with the site and compel you to explore. After ascending the stairs, you will face several arches that frame the villa garden, acting like a magical picture frame that you can pass through and walk into the image. Additionally, the arches create a semi-dark space so that after passing through them, the area appears much brighter than it is, captivating the viewer with the splendor of the scenery.
Beside the arches, along the platform leading to them, aromatic shrubs such as lavender and mint are planted to welcome you with their uplifting and calming fragrance, offering a remarkable experience upon entry. At the upper part of the parking (north) and below the access path after the entrance arches, we have prepared a vineyard that, due to the nature of the grapevine (drooping and crawling), seems to bow to visitors in welcome, with its fruits symbolizing the enjoyment and pleasure of life. After passing through this area, you come across a cafe restaurant designed in a rustic style, reminiscent of ancient Roman mosaic work, with wooden beams and fabric awnings that dance with the breeze, creating a visual delight.
On the north side of the cafe, a single palm tree is placed to be visible from the existing frames in the cafe, attracting attention like a living picture frame, and on the west side, the yucca tree serves the same purpose. However, we have a mesmerizing surprise in store for you to enjoy the music of nature! The weeping willow, with its branches floating in the air, mimics the sound of ocean waves in the breeze, providing an unparalleled sense of nature to cafe and pool users. In front of the cafe, we have planned a pool with spaces like a sun terrace and a fire pit. On the south side of the pool, due to the excellent location of the property on a slope overlooking the surrounding landscape, we have refrained from planting trees and instead have planted aromatic shrubs such as lavender, mint, and chamomile to intensify the sense of tranquility and joy for pool users, the fire pit, and the sun terrace.
Continuing on the path leading to the residence, we will see a small vineyard on the south side of the residence and olive trees to the south and west, symbolizing peace and tranquility, as if embracing the residence to ensure the complete security of its inhabitants. In designing this project, we have preserved the topography of the land and avoided leveling it, as we believe that the natural terrain and its undulations contribute to our mental peace and make the project’s space closer to what exists in nature, creating a respite from urban noise and making the time spent there more memorable.

Gentile Cliente, ecco la spiegazione del nostro progetto: Entrando, si sale per le moderne e belle scale dall’area parcheggio per incontrare una vegetazione fitta che ostacola la vista nella profondità del sito. Queste piante sono posizionate su questo muro per impedire un rapido incontro visivo con il sito e costringervi a esplorare. Dopo essere saliti le scale, vi troverete di fronte a diversi archi che incorniciano il giardino della villa, agendo come una cornice magica attraverso cui potete passare e camminare nell’immagine. Inoltre, gli archi creano uno spazio semi-oscuro in modo che, dopo averli attraversati, l’area appaia molto più luminosa di quanto non sia, catturando lo spettatore con lo splendore del paesaggio.
Accanto agli archi, lungo la piattaforma che conduce ad essi, sono piantati arbusti aromatici come lavanda e menta per accogliervi con la loro fragranza rinvigorente e calmante, offrendo un’esperienza notevole all’ingresso. Nella parte superiore del parcheggio (nord) e sotto il sentiero di accesso dopo gli archi d’ingresso, abbiamo preparato un vigneto che, a causa della natura della vite (pendente e strisciante), sembra inchinarsi ai visitatori in benvenuto, con i suoi frutti che simboleggiano il godimento e il piacere della vita. Dopo aver attraversato questa zona, vi imbatterete in un caffè ristorante dallo stile rustico, che ricorda i mosaici dell’antica Roma, con travi in legno e tende in tessuto che danzano con la brezza, creando un piacere visivo.
Sul lato nord del caffè, una singola palma è posizionata per essere visibile dalle cornici esistenti nel caffè, attirando l’attenzione come una cornice vivente, e sul lato ovest, l’albero di yucca serve allo stesso scopo. Tuttavia, abbiamo in serbo per voi una sorpresa affascinante per godervi la musica della natura! Il salice piangente, con i suoi rami fluttuanti nell’aria, imita il suono delle onde dell’oceano nella brezza, fornendo un senso di natura senza pari agli utenti del caffè e della piscina. Di fronte al caffè, abbiamo pianificato una piscina con spazi come una terrazza solare e un falò. Sul lato sud della piscina, a causa dell’eccellente posizione della proprietà su una collina che si affaccia sul paesaggio circostante, ci siamo astenuti dal piantare alberi e invece abbiamo piantato arbusti aromatici come lavanda, menta e camomilla per intensificare il senso di tranquillità e gioia per gli utenti della piscina, del falò e della terrazza solare.
Continuando sul sentiero che conduce alla residenza, vedremo un piccolo vigneto sul lato sud della residenza e ulivi a sud e ovest, simboleggianti la pace e la tranquillità, come se abbracciassero la residenza per garantire la completa sicurezza dei suoi abitanti. Nel progettare questo progetto, abbiamo preservato la topografia del terreno ed evitato di livellarlo, poiché crediamo che il terreno naturale e le sue ondulazioni contribuiscano alla nostra pace mentale e rendano lo spazio del progetto più vicino a ciò che esiste in natura, creando un rifugio dal rumore urbano e rendendo il tempo trascorso lì più memorabile. spero che vi piaccia, Distinti saluti
