Thank you for such a lovely project. This modern style design tries to play with levels instead of placing everything on the same level. The bar and barbeque area is merged with pool to function as a SWIM UP BAR. It is accessed by dining area, placed on same level as terrace. This was done to seamlessly integrate exterior spaces and to make flow better. All this is planned under a light wooden structure with pergola at top, as requested.

SUNKEN LOUNGE with U shaped seating, and a fireplace, is planned towards northern side, adjacent to swimming pool. Mood lights beneath seating and music system are suggested here for a complete experience.

Relaxing area is planned in well sunlit area of the property, and forms a transitional area through which other areas are accessible. It is at the same level as your terrace, to make for a seamless integration of indoors and outdoors.
This space is visible from all points of your property, and thus functions as a central feature of whole design, integrating the above two spaces with it.

Metal railing has been proposed all around walls for maintaining privacy all around. Much of the details are provided in submission
