Soluzione Progettuale

Il progetto proposto vuole cercare di rendere il più ampio possibile uno spazio abbastanza ridotto.
Per prima cosa si prevede di utilizzare la zona di ingresso a soggiorno cucina e inserire quest’ ultima nella parete antistante il bagno per facilitare gli scarichi, ovviante il numero degli elementi sarà ridotto agli essenziali, si è previsto pertanto di effettuare delle componenti in muratura in stile provenzale, secondo le richieste del cliente.
All’interno della camera giorno è previsto un divano a tre posti sempre secondo lo stile richiesto, con possibilità di trasformarsi in letto per ospiti, un piccolo tavolino allungabile da 2 a 6 posti e una credenza che può essere usata come porta oggetti e consolle TV.
Per la stanza da bagno già piccola, è previsto un ampliamento tramite l’abbattimento della parete divisoria che la divide dall’attuale cucina, pertanto nelle due nicchie può essere inserita una comoda doccia e nell’altra una colonna porta biancheria.
Molto difficoltosa è stata la richiesta fatta dal cliente sul proposito di creare un soppalco con un mezzo bagno in quanto le altezza di c.a 4 mt. non prevedono una abitabilità degli ambienti, tuttavia si è cercato di accontentare il desiderio riducendo al minimo lo spazio camera da potere permettere la sosta più o meno di una persona in altezza, ma cercando di rendere lo spazio sottostante il più possibile rispettoso dei minimi abitativi. Resta il fatto che tutto questo rimane un’idea, dovrà successivamente essere concordato con il cliente il da farsi.
Nella zona soprastante che ospiterà il letto padronale è stato previsto un mezzo bagno che è apparentemente collegato al soppalco, ma ha una struttura del tutto indipendente, tutto questo per favorire il passaggio e il rispetto dei mini di altezza di un servizio igienico.
Si è pensato di evitare di fare una scala interna alla camera per accedere alla zona notte, in quanto avrebbe tolto dello spazio e creato problemi con le altezze, per tale accesso si prevede l’utilizzo della scala esterna chiudendola nella parte di pertinenza, così da renderla parte integrante dell’abitazione.
Per quanto riguarda le finiture è possibile utilizzare del gres porcellanato effetto legno in caso di non potere salvare gli attuali pavimenti, per gli intonaci si possono utilizzare delle carte da parati shabby chic e intonaco con la gamma colori richiesta.
Si vuole pavimentare il soppalco con una listellatura in legno bianco anche per richiamare lo stile marino per il quale è concepito l’utilizzo dell’abitazione.

Project Intevention

The project intention wants to try to create a largest possible space than the actually small.
First, We consider to use the entrance of the area as living room and kitchen and organize the last one on the wall nerby the bathroom to facilitate discharges, obviously the number of items must be reduced to the essential, therefore we expected to make components in masony and Provence style, according to customer requirements.
There will be, a three-seat sofa, that it possible will able to turn into a guest bed, a small table extendable from 2 to 6 people, a sideboard that will able to be used as holding objects and consolle TV , in the newer living room , everythings in style required.
There will be an expansion of the current bathroom, the partition wall that separates it of the kitchen are to be demolish, thus the two recesses will be able to place a comfortable shower and a column laundry too.
The very difficult request who the client has been asked has thought to create a loft with an half bath in 4 meters of highness, that do not provide for occupant comfort in the location. However, We have aimed to satisfy the desire to minimize the space of the bedroom place for facilitate the transit of a standing person more or less, but we have tried to offer the most possible easy way, confort, respect of highness, the habitable of the space below. However it remains only an idea, for the moment that must be agreed with the client.
We will be propose a master bedroom and a half bath which is apparently connected to the loft in the space above, entirely in independent access, all of this to facilitate the transition and respect for minimum of a toilet height.
We will avoid making a stairs inside the room to access at the sleeping area, for space and heights problems, we will think to use the actually stairs closing them in relevant part, as well as make it part of the house.
We will use stone porcelain in wood effect in a case we won’t being able to save the current floor, wallpaper shabby chic and plaster with the range of colors required, fro fixture.
However we want to plank the loft with a white wooden board, so that there will be a refer to the marine style, the main purpose of this house.
