The goal of the project was to create a livable studio, an intermediate area with a bathroom and storage room, anticipating the design of future bedrooms in the back of the house.
In the entrance area was studied a C kitchen with peninsula serving as a dining table, useful for 5/6 people. The worktop is large and contains all the basic appliances including the dishwasher, located on the right side of the washbasin.
The living area includes a three-seater sofa-bed, a modular, well-equipped living room with storage spaces and others at different heights.
In the middle part of the plan, a large storage room / dispenser was left on the left, and on the left an antique bathroom with a large 90cm washbasin and a bathroom with shower and a corner for laundry.
The bedrooms are two, one single on the right, with a deck chair and desk with desk.
The double on the left, with the cabinet screen shielded by three sliding panels that allow you to have wide access to the dressing area.
In the living area and in the central corridor, a ceiling lamp with dedicated Led lighting was provided.

L’obiettivo del progetto era quello di creare un monolocale vivibile, una zona intermedia con bagno e ripostiglio, preventivando la progettazione delle future camere da letto poste nella zona posteriore della casa.
Nella zona d’ingresso è stata studiata una cucina a C con penisola che funge da tavolo da pranzo, utile per 5/6 persone. Il piano di lavoro è ampio e contiene tutti gli elettrodomestici di base compresa la lavastoviglie, posta al lato destro del lavabo.
La zona living, prevede un divano letto da tre posti, con parete soggiorno attrezzata modulare, con spazi contenitori ed altri ad altezze differenti a vista.
Nella parte centrale del piano in esame, è stato ricavato sulla sinistra un ampio ripostiglio / dispensa, mentre sulla sinistra un antibagno con lavabo ampio da 90cm ed un bagno con doccia e angolo riservato per lavasciuga.
Le camere da letto sono due, una singola sulla destra, con una cameretta a ponte e libreria con scrivania.
La matrimoniale sulla sinistra, con la cabina armadio schermata da tre pannelli scorrevoli che consentono di avere ampio accesso alla zona spogliatoio.
Nella zona Living e nel corridoio centrale è stato previsto un controsoffitto con illuminazione a Led dedicata.
