The project is based on the desire of customers to create a comfortable and functional space to use during weekends in a mountain area. The first phase of the project provides a central compact service area and a wide daytime area that can accommodate even guests for have lunch o dinner together. The project has been oriented towards a balanced arrangement and it is able to adapt to the different activities of the day: from the time of relax in the living area, to lunches and dinners, until the rest. The spaces are also configured to provide a high degree of flexibility thanks to the versatile furnishings as the large sofa bed, the ottoman chest near the pellet-based fireplace, the entrance unit and the extendible table. The technical space for WC, storage room, pantry and laundry is hidden but at the same time convenient for immediate use. Both the bathroom and the cooking area have a window for lighting and natural ventilation. In the second phase of the project there is the opportunity to transform the rear part of the flat in a night area. There will be a big double bedroom and a single bedroom. Both of theme will have a large wardrobe, a workspace and, if necessary, a make-up table with a mirror. The disappearing lights, the soft colours and the refined design of the furnishings will create the perfect place where experience some special moments.
Il progetto si basa sul desiderio dei clienti di creare un luogo confortevole e funzionale da usare durante i loro weekend in una zona di montagna. La prima fase del progetto prevede uno spazio centrale compatto di servizio e un'ampia area giorno che può anche ricevere degli ospiti per pranzi o cene in compagnia. Il progetto si è orientato verso soluzioni bilanciate e in grado di adattarsi ai different momenti della giornata dal momento del relax nell'area living, al pranzo o alla cena fino al riposo notturno. Lo spazio è pensato per prevedere quindi flessibilità e versatilità grazie agli arredi come il grande letto divano, la cassapanca di fianco alla stufa a pellet, il mobile all'entrata e il tavolo estendibile. Lo spazio tecnico di servizio per il ripostiglio, la dispensa, la lavanderia e il bagno, rimane nascosto ma allo stesso tempo comodo e di immediato utilizzo. Sia che il bagno che la zona cottura avranno l'areazione e l'illuminazione naturale tramite le finestre esistenti. Nella seconda fase del progetto sarà possibile trasformare la parte retrostante in due ampie camere, una matrimoniale e una singola. Entrambe le camere avranno degli ampi guardaroba, una area di studio o lavoro al PC e se necessario anche un tavolo per il trucco con specchio. Le luci a scomparsa, i colori delicati e il design raffinato degli arredi creeranno un luogo ideale per trascorrere dei momenti speciali.
