The project is divided into two phases, the first is to use the front of the apartment as a studio for the weekend, the living room space has been furnished with a sofa bed and a large kitchen with all appliances. There is also a cabinet where can comfortably will be installed the boiler. At the entrance is located a pellet stove where there is the chimney as shown in the provided drawings.
The bathroom was built inside the hallway, with a large shower near the window. On the opposite side of the hallway there is a space for a wardrobe / closet that can be maintained even after the second intervention. For the second part of the project, the double or twin beds do not provide any special arrangements, except for the replacement of the doors with a double swing version, to hold the space of rotation in the depth of the wall. (The same concept applies to the door between living and anteroom).

Il progetto si suddivide in due fasi, la prima prevede di sfruttare la parte anteriore dell’apartamento come un monolocale per il weekend, lo spazio del living è stato arredato con una divano letto e un’ampia cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e di un vano dove può essere comodamente inserita la caldaia. All’ingresso è stata posizionata anche una stufa a pellet in corrispondenza della canna fumaria indicata nei disegni forniti. Il bagno è stato ricavato all’interno dell’anticamera, con doccia di grandi dimensioni in prossimità della finestra. Sul lato opposto dell’anticamera c’è lo spazio per un armadio/ripostiglio che può essere mantenuto anche dopo il secondo intervento.
Per quanto riguarda le camere da letto (matrimoniale e doppia a letti singoli) non prevedono particolari interventi, se non la sostituzione delle porte con una versione a doppio battente per contenere lo spazio di rotazione nella profondità della parete. (Lo stesso concetto vale per la porta tra living e anticamera).
