The space is almost empty and with no main walls with exception of few pillars/column indicated in the map. We would like to split the space in the 2 separate apartments with separate access, one smaller with 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and a joint environemnt for kitchen and sitting room (total around 40/45 mq) ; the other apartement with 1 bedroom , 2 bathrooms (one with shower and another with bathtube) , a kitchen almost connected to a wide sitting room and finally 1 guest room that can be connected to the sitting room and flexibly usable as a extension .
Given that today there is a wide space we would like as much as possible to keep the same spirit building as less walls as possible , modern style . We like steps, warm houses with a lot of books and coloured space keeping max light and we like wooden furniture and modern kitchen with island that create a connected space with the sitting room . We would like to have the bookshelf and the wardrobe embedded in the walls .
