The project revolves around the idea of not interrupting the spatiality of the loft by building high walls.
The division of space is realized by the introduction of a core services, with a height of 2.5 meters, which serves as a separation between the bedroom and the living room. The core includes a bath, walk-in closet in the bedroom, and the kitchen into the living area.
Through the inclusion of the box services the bedroom receives light and air, being placed in the east of the apartment where there are no windows.
The entrance leads to the living area through the area library. the kitchen is organized with an island and a pantry wall. In front of the kitchen space is the dining table overlooking a turn in the living area benefiting from the large windows of the loft.

Il progetto ruota attorno all'idea di non interrompere la spazialità del loft attraverso la costruzione di pareti alte.
La divisione degli spazi si realizza grazie all'introduzione di un nucleo servizi, con un altezza di 2,5 m, che funge da separazione tra la zona notte e il living. Il nucleo accoglie il bagno, la cabina armadio nella zona notte, e la cucina nella zona living.
Attraverso l'inserimento del box servizi la camera da letto riceve luce e aria, essendo sistemata nella zona est dell'appartamento dove vi è assenza di finestre.
Dall'ingresso si accede alla zona giorno attraverso l'area libreria. La cucina è organizzata con un isola e una parete dispensa. Difronte la cucina trova spazio il tavolo da pranzo che si affaccia a sua volta nella zona soggiorno che beneficia delle ampie finestre del loft.
