Loft’s renovation project starts by the the demolition of mezzanine floor, reinventing the entire space of the apartment, reating new dynamics and paths. First with the entrance, the new vision of the space is created by a hallway with the first walk-in closet. This is the place of transition between the stress of the everiday’s life and the relax of our house. The badroom skirts the hallway and with its big dimension can accomodate a king size bad. In this room there is salso a second walk-in closet, bigger than the first one. After the sleeping area, bathroom separates it from the living area to be easily accessible from any environment. The entrance hallway, skirted by a great bookcase, ends in the big kitchen and opens his eyes in the big open space. The kitchen has an island structure suitable for a quick meal or breakfast. Kitchen’s colors, climate and atmosphere are also expanding in the living area, creating a space with glacial tones interrupted by periods of red fire. There is an area adjacent to the kitchen with a large table, where is possible to organize parties or big dinners , and a corner with mini bar that acts as a proscenium to the large living room. All to recreate an atmosphere of daily life but at the same time entertainment with daily friends. All surrounded by a fantastic atmosphere recreated by these large windows that take a look the fascinating and animated New York’s live. Almost as a haven to enjoy its relaxing and have a look to the world.
