The project want to indicate a better way for the optimal usage of space.
My proposal is divided in two different solutions, the first is a total layout remodel where the masonry is drastically changed to reach a maximum usage of space.
The second solution is based on the current builder's project layout, in fact the walls follow the original layout with only few changes.
For these reasons you can find two different layout plans, called SOLUTION ONE and SOLUTION TWO.
