Our main goal in this plan is to create an open, functional space with proper access between different parts.
We placed the reception desk in front of the entrance door and placed other parts focusing on proper access from the reception desk.
We designed the space in front of the reception desk in an open manner so that there is no problem for customers when the store is busy.
We placed office desks in a semi-private place so that customers who visit them are protected from other customers.
We provided three decorative chairs that can be used as a decorative element, and can be used as a place for customers to sit temporarily during busy times.
Behind the reception desk, we provided a large closet and library for filing and hiding supplies.
We also provided a small library for office desks (the main archive of office desks will also be in the library behind the reception counter)
We placed the new management rooms according to your opinion and provided a small library and wardrobe for each one.
We extended the mezzanine ceiling in the entire area and moved its columns so that they are hidden in the new walls.
We chose the main color of the design from light gray with a partial combination of blue, red and wood elements in order to avoid the visual clutter of the design while harmonizing with the current state of the building and the waiting room.
In the outdoor area, we designed new plants in such a way that they lead the customers to the entrance door as if by welcoming them.
