Your project is designed to include two different solutions as shown below :
The first solution: The existing space was distributed into two apartments. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, including a master room with its own bathroom, in addition to a third room, which is the office room, and is usually opened to the reception .
There is a second bathroom in one apartment, and there is space for a washing machine, while the kitchen, reception, and dining are located in a large open area
The second solution: The existing space was distributed into two apartments and a studio apartment, as shown. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, including a master room with its own bathroom, with a second bathroom for each apartment, and space for a washing machine, with the kitchen, reception, and dining in a large open area .
As for the studio, it contains an entire open space containing the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with an open side area for the sleeping area with a small side bathroom. The spaces were opened on each other to provide the necessary ventilation because there are no openings other than those in the bedroom wall from above.
