The design that I have elaborated for the "from mill to house" contest is organized from an L shape, this allowed to orient all the internal spaces towards the views of the south side, allowing the enjoyment and contemplation of nature. The façade which is oriented to the street, it has only a few windows, so privacy is guaranteed.When the owner enters the house, he will find a large space where there is a living room, a spacious dining room and the kitchen. background another table and sofas that has a direct relationship with the pool area.
There are two bedrooms, with an internal bathroom and a dressing room. These bedrooms are oriented towards the pool.
There is a study with a desk, space to put the books and there is a sofa that you can sleep on.
Also near the studio we place a bathroom for visitors.
The service bedroom also has a bathroom.
The laundry area is quite spacious and has natural lighting.


There is a covered garage with space for two cars and outside there is space for 3.
The total area of the project is 248 square meters.
