Description

The project is divided into two parts: the common space and the private area, which are separated by the bathroom and toilet block. You did not include a toilet in the description, but I really thought it could be of great use. I also included a laundry in one of the options. Both things could be omitted if not necessary, of course, and make the master bathroom bigger. We designed two options that differ in the way the living room and the bathrooms are distributed. There is a big walk-in closet right between the bathroom and the bedroom. Creating a clear pathway that goes from the entrance to the bedroom allows for great usable spaces on the opposite side. The kitchen could be completely hidden as well if you wish to conceal it from sight by paneling it. Option 1 hast the bathroom sink separeted from the rest of the bathroom this is something not conventional but really functional in many situations when sharing a bathroom, there is also option 2 which is a regular bathroom with everything inside.
These two ideas are just the beginning of what I hope will be many back-and-forth conversations to achieve your ideal project. There are many potential changes and improvements to explore in more detail! As you can see, I like to delve deep into each of my projects to ensure the client receives a great architectural piece and something unique that completely matches their requirements and day-to-day needs. I hope you love my idea as much as I do. It would be a pleasure to help you transform this dentist's office into the home of your dreams. Hoping to hear back from you. Designer.
