The solution provided gives the optimal use of the space. The main entrance remains in its current place and leads directly into the Living area. Here we have a small entrance area with furniture allowing shoe storage and a coat hanger, then we have the seating area and a kitchen with small dining area. A small corridor leads to the other rooms. On the left side of the hall there is a small storage space with a washing machine and dryer stacked on top of each other. Next to it is the bathroom, with natural light and ventilation. On the right side we have the bedroom with a walk-in closet.
Some of the existing internal walls will be demolished to create the new layout. The bathroom is in its original place, close to the existing water and sewage connections. The kitchen is situated along the existing wall of the bathroom to ensure easier water and sewage connection for the kitchen sink and dishwasher.
