Hi, my name is Angelis Centofanti and i am an Architect, here is my proposal for your project, i have set 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms.
The first apartment has 46.72 sqmts, it has a concept of a studio apartment, however alsocontains a secondary bedroom. This apartment has 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a pantry and a living room.
The secondary apartment has 57.7 sqmts, has 2 master bedrooms a single bathroom a kitchen, dinner and a living room.
The placement of the areas are conceptual in the easiest way to set the plumbing of the wet areas, kitchen and bathroom, this is way in the secondary apartment the dinner and kitchen are 20 cm above the base level, so the plumbing of the kitchen can goes to the discharge column.
