Looking for a right solution in the position of each one of the four properties so that it has two gaded parking spaces per house, a private gaded entrance from the road and views also to it, but also access to an exclusive backyard that can be built barbecue or a small pool, we came up with the following solution. It consists of a basement where the storage area, toilet, laundry and entertainment area & taverna are located. On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, the wc and the staircase with the elevator. Above this is the mezzanine with tv room and guest suite with bathroom. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms and finally in the attic there is a suite with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea. If the house looks too large for you, you can built the attic or the mezzanine (not both).
Also the shape of the floor plan can give us a modern inpresive facade!
