Per la realizzazione del progetto si è pensato di creare un edificio unico dal design moderno suddiviso in quattro ville unifamiliari ciascuna di quattro piani. Gli ingressi alla villa saranno realizzati su entrambi i lati della proprietà dove si creerà spazio e per parcheggiare le auto. Ci saranno 2 soluzioni di layout della villa, 2 ville su strada avranno la stessa soluzione e le altre due avranno una tipologia diversa. Le quattro ville avranno la stessa soluzione funzionale.
La taverna avrà un wc, un ripostiglio per riporre gli oggetti domestici che non si usano tutti i giorni, e una zona lounge con cucina, zona pranzo e zona lounge dove poter stare in presenza di familiari e amici per divertirsi.
Il piano terra avrà un open space con soggiorno, zona pranzo cucina con isola. sempre al piano primo sarà presente un wc a servizio del piano. @ le ville sul lato strada avranno un balcone e 2 ville sul retro avranno un ufficio, una cabina armadio e un'uscita sul cortile.
Il primo piano di ogni casa avrà 3 camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e 2 e altre due per i bambini. Il piano avrà due bagni dove uno servirà le camere matrimoniali e l'altro le altre camere da letto, tutte le ville avranno due balconi.
Il secondo piano sarà uno spazio adibito e verrà creata una zona lounge, su questo piano ci sarà un wc a servizio del piano e le quarte ville avranno una veranda con spazio da utilizzare per ricevere gli amici.
