Dear client,
The design proposal includes master plans with building footprints,soft & hardscape indications and dimensional details along with individual floor plans for better understanding.All 4 flats are identical in design and has been designed in a dynamic approach with the location of porch opening towards front end whereas the other porches on the first floor opens towards the rare side private gardens.Flats have been divided by a central vertical axis stairs which connects ground floor,basement and the first floor as one single point of access.

The grid axis has been considered while designing overall built space which eases on the execution of the same in much more efficient and precise manner.Overall design idea focuses on being simple,effective and economical solution.
