Description

To enter the building one passes coridor with columns and reaches open entrance space in the middle of the building with stairs and plants. On the right, car ramp is leading you to the garage with 4 garages and 4 storage rooms; you can reach entrance area on the ground with stairs and first floor also.
Apartments 2 and 4 are oriented so that they have views on mountain peaks. Apartment 1 and 2 have private gardens, while all tenants can use common spaces. Private gardens are separated from the rest with hedges.
This project was equation with many variables ( like every project) and I came out with this solution which has few flows but they are fixable:
Built up area is 233 m2, but building volume is 947m2 with height 2.7+0.4+2.7, but its 881 with 2.6+0,2+2,6. Anyway it doesnt meet all the request. Therefore apartment 1 can be reduced to a smaller one with one bedroom and building volume will be as it sis required.
Bedroom >14m2 was too big, so I made it little bit smaller, but if regulation require 14m2 it is easy to add some m2 on the expanse of coridors.
