Il progetto contiene 4 unità, tutte composte da aree funzionali per pranzo, soggiorno, notte e ampi terrazzi. Ogni spazio risponde alle capacità spaziali definite nel brief ed è pienamente compatibile con le esigenze di superficie edificata e volumetria.
Il Piano Seminterrato dispone di 4 garage (ciascuno 2 auto per ogni unità) e anche singoli ripostigli per ogni unità, mantenendo al minimo lo scavo. Al piano interrato è presente un locale attiguo alla scala per le attrezzature da giardinaggio.
La scala è posta al centro della massa per consentire l'accesso alle unità dal piano terra e parcheggio. È una scatola vetrata sia da nord che da sud per assorbire un'elevata quantità di luce e offrire un'ampia visione dell'ambiente circostante.
Questa casa è caratterizzata dal tetto spiovente per aderire al contesto di quartiere ma in chiave moderna. Il rivestimento è una combinazione di legno chiaro e pannelli di metallo ondulato in uno stile moderno per creare un esterno accattivante.
Posizionando grandi finestre ove possibile, si dà una sensazione di espansione agli spazi interni oltre a creare un forte collegamento con lo spazio verde esterno, e si usufruisce della maggior parte delle poche ore di luce solare per assorbire l'energia solare. Inoltre, i pannelli solari sono posizionati sul tetto per raggiungere un livello di sostenibilità accettabile.
Al piano terra ogni unità ha il proprio giardino separato da piante per aumentare il livello di privacy. Le tettoie ombreggianti sono progettate per garantire uno spazio esterno molto più confortevole, durante le giornate estive.
Viene inoltre definita la griglia strutturale del progetto per ridurre al minimo i possibili scontri futuri.

The project contains 4 units, all of which consist of functional areas for dining, living, sleeping and large terraces. Every space responds to the spatial capacities defined in the brief and is fully compatible to the built up area and volume requirements.
The Basement has 4 garages (each 2 cars for every unit) and also individual storage rooms for each unit, keeping the excavation amount at minimum. There is a room adjacent to the stair case in the basement for gardening equipment.
Staircase is located at the center of the mass to provide access to the units from the ground and parking level. It is a glazed box from both north and south to absorb high amount of light and deliver a wide view to the surroundings.
This house is characterized by sloped roof in order to stick to the neighborhood context but in a modern way. The cladding is a combination of light colored wood and corrugated metal panels in a modern style to make an eye catching exterior.
By placing large windows where possible, a feeling of expansion is given to the interior spaces along with creating a strong connection to the outside green space, and benefit from most of the few hours of daylight to absorb solar energy. Furthermore, Solar panels are placed on the roof to reach an acceptable sustainability level.
On the ground floor, each unit has its own garden separated with plants to increase the level of privacy. Shading canopies are designed to ensure a much more comfortable space outside, during the summer days.
The structural grid is also defined for the project to minimize possible future clashes.
