Form
A simple rectangular shape with a pitched roof had chosen for building construction. It let you install solar panels easily, and on the other hand, looks like the other houses in your area.

Exterior Design
As you can see in renders, in general, a simple white color facade is designed. It not only reduces the cost of facade construction but also is considered aesthetically pleasing.

plans
Designing a simple and practical plan by following all the rules and meeting your needs was a big challenge that after several initial designs, we finally managed to provide a garment design for residential units. So all units have a big porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a closet, kitchen, and living room. Ground floor units also have private underground access, apart from direct pedestrian access from the site.
