let me introduce you my concept for four-family house. As required the volume of the proposed building is 860,1 QM and total building surface is 230,4 sqm.
The idea was to create 2 options to choose for flat. That is why I did not decide to create 4 same flats in the building. This will give more options for your clients. The main entrance is situated from the north and we have entrance space. The garden can be split in 2 areas, the terraces are situated in opposite ends of the building. For the garage I propose 5 garages: 3 for 2 cars and 2 for 1 car. Thanks to that, the clients who do not have two cars can decide to have only small garage, or clients who has more cars can buy extra garage for 1 car. Under ground I found space also for storage rooms, which could be also used as laundry room.
Each of flats has big master bedroom, cozy living room and big terrace.
The concept for elevation is based on 3 materials: wood structure and cover of the wall, white paint and stone tiles. The railings are made from stainless steel covered with matt paint. For the floor of terraces I am proposing stone tiles. All idea is to keep light summer look, reminding architecture from hot climate countries like Brasil.
The wooden structure elevation has opening to uncover windows if necessary and cover them when there is sun from south side.
